Tool belts

This is a common phrase used in clinic to encourage patients to reach out for help. Different tools are needed for different jobs and it can take time and diligence to figure that out. I believe it is important to find a practitioner that can help with your needs, establish a mutual respect with, and that you ultimately get along with. Inter-modality referrals can be important, and at Luna Health we recognise this and act in the best interest of our patients. Who is in your tool belt?

Quiet time

Giving yourself space, out of your usual busy routine, allows for change and growth to occur.

Finding something that relaxes you, that takes your mind to the present moment, helps to dissipate stress and find the true source of what you need.

Meditation is a powerful tool for the mind and body. Sitting down to meditate can be daunting, but it is worth a red hot go if you haven’t yet, especially if you’re interested in health and wellbeing.
